Cookie Policy

Version 2026-07-07 — Last updated 7 July 2026

1. About cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as your browser's local storage. Together we call these "cookies". We use them to keep you signed in, keep the Platform secure, remember your preferences, and — only with your consent — understand how the Platform is used.

We group cookies into three categories: strictly necessary (essential), functional (preferences), and analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. Strictly necessary (essential) cookies

These are required for the Platform to work and cannot be switched off. They include a session cookie (for example, session_id) that keeps you signed in and secures your session, and cookies that support security and load-balancing. Because they are essential, they are set without needing your consent.

3. Functional (preference) cookies and local storage

These remember choices you make so the Platform behaves the way you expect — for example, your language or region (such as the NEXT_LOCALE cookie), your light/dark theme, and your cookie-consent choice so we do not ask you again on every visit. This information stays on your device and is not used to track you.

4. Analytics cookies

If — and only if — you choose "Accept analytics" in our cookie banner, we load PostHog product analytics to help us understand which features are used and where the Platform can be improved. Analytics do not run until you opt in, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. We do not use analytics to serve advertising.

5. Third-party cookies

Some pages rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies — for example, when you make a payment, Stripe may set cookies needed to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. These are governed by the third party's own cookie and privacy policies.

6. Managing your preferences

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you choose "Accept analytics" or "Essential only". You can change your choice at any time by reopening the cookie preferences from the banner control, or by clearing the cookie-consent setting in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Platform from working.

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we treat analytics as strictly opt-in, we do not load non-essential cookies unless you accept them — so if your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, or if you simply do not opt in, no analytics cookies are set.

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the version and date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be highlighted in the Platform.
